PHILLIPSBURG (December 22, 2011) A jury Thursday found
Bradley Todd Anderson, age 42, of Glade, guilty of four counts of
rape, two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child,
five counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and one count of battery,
Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced. The crimes
occurred between 2002 and 2009. Four of the charges were prosecuted
under the provisions of Jessicas Law. The case was tried before
Judge Preston A. Pratt of the 17th Judicial District in the
Phillips County Courthouse. The court has set sentencing for March
15, 2012, at 1 p.m. The case was prosecuted by Assistant Attorney
General Christine Ladner and Phillips County Attorney David
Baumgartner. The investigation was conducted by the Phillips County
Sheriff's Office. ###
